It All Begins Here
LETS WORK TOGETHER
1. A Note on Readiness
"Healing is not a race, and there is no 'right' time to start—only your time. If you are here, you have likely reached a crossroads where staying the same feels heavier than the prospect of change. This guide is here to help you navigate that first step with clarity."
2. The Consultation Checklist
It’s normal for your mind to go blank when you’re feeling vulnerable. We encourage you to have these questions handy during our 20-minute consultation to ensure we are the right fit for your unique needs:
About the Method: "How does EFT specifically help with the physical pain I’m feeling in my body?"
About the Experience: "I’ve tried talk therapy before; how will a somatic (body-based) session feel different?"
About Safety: "If I start to feel overwhelmed during a session, how do we navigate that together?"
About the Pace: "How do we decide which 'knot' or memory to start unravelling first?"
About Logistics: "How many sessions do most people need before they start feeling a shift in their nervous system?"
Pro-Tip: There are no "wrong" questions. Healing is a partnership, and this call is your time to ensure you feel heard, respected, and safe.
3. What to Bring (Mentally)
An Open Mind: EFT can feel "different" at first. You don't need to believe it works for it to be effective.
A Safe Space: Try to be in a quiet, private area for our 20-minute call so you can speak freely.
Your 'Main Knot': You don't need to share your whole history. Just a brief idea of the primary challenge (pain, anxiety, a specific event) you'd like to address first.
4. The Visual Guide
Our Mission
To provide a sanctuary where the body’s wisdom meets the soul’s resilience. At Unknotting the Soul, we don’t just treat symptoms; we honor the story held within your nervous system. Our mission is to guide you through the "crucible of change," helping you transform the knots of trauma into a narrative of strength, presence, and profound ease.
